Survey of Undergraduate FEM Education

My name is Shinsuke Sakai, of the Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, at the University of Tokyo. I am investigating the current state of undergraduate FEM education in universities all over the world. If you are involved in education of computational mechanics, such as finite element method, finite differential method and boundary element method, I would be grateful if you could take the time to fill in the questionnaire.
